Vitamin E Oil is a natural anti-oxidant and Vitamin E itselfshould be part of a balanced, healthy diet. As the oil is an anti-oxidant it is great at preventing damage to the skin andis also a great moisturisier. It has been said to help withanti ageing and is an ingredient in many anti ageing products. It is also good for reducing minor scars such as acne andreducing stretch marks.
